Roofing Works
MKS Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of roofing works for KRS Rail & Civils. Our dedicated team played a pivotal role in forming the timber roof structure and expertly fitting profiled metal sheeting, ensuring a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. In addition to the structural components, MKS Construction prioritized functionality and safety by insulating the roof space and implementing a double lining with 15mm fireline.
Drainage Works
In response to drainage challenges at the Scotrail Alliance store, MKS Construction were instructed to install ACO channels strategically. Our team placed ACO channels across the main entrance of the store and at each of the six downpipe locations. Additionally, MKS rectified previously installed ACO channels at the edge of the concrete slab that had slipped due to poor ground conditions. Identifying the importance of maintaining an efficient drainage system, we went further by forming a new cast-in-situ drainage channel, ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of the entire system.
These comprehensive interventions highlight MKS Construction's commitment to delivering holistic solutions.
